Once upon a time

a princess went to a hidden lake

she was mourning

and hidden in her tears

this saw a frog

bathing in the air

"Why you're crying out your soul?"

the green one asked

with a hidden smile

"What does a nasty pasty beast do care?

You would not have enough a heart

to help or comfort a frail girl like me!"

Her crown was almost falling down

as she was frowning upon the frog.

"How dare you condemn the unknown

just judging from what you think and believe!

What if I were the only one to love and agree?

Now surely I would not give a damn!"

She sniffed and shook her head in disbelief.

"From love you do not understand

as much as a stone is rising to the skies!"

When she had spoken he croaked three times

and in the air something did appear:

It looked as if a stone was flying there!

The princess opened up her eyes.

What she saw she could not belief.

So she took her flight and ran away.

The frog just made a sign and sighed:

"Silly as they are. I would have kissed her

if she asked. But now she never will find out

what wonders in life there are!"
