What good is a world you didn't fight for?
You dream about peace, yet
no taste's as sweet as victory.
What a rich, aromatic buffet,
that only comes from misery.
You wish the world to be sane,
but there's no taste like victory,
after everything was in vain
throughout decades of stupidity.
What we pay is all that defines
the weight of our victory.
About a light task there're no rhymes,
no legend about something easy.
So, dear child, don't lose hope,
don't give up on victory,
For though we walk the tightrope,
this but our path to history.
What good is a world you wouldn't fight for?
