Until the end of March:
- The garden game will take place as usual.
- We are closing registration for new accounts. Existing users can still log in.
- Our Patreon account is already paused. During the month, we will completely close it, so there will be no further charges.
- Irrelevant subpages (Support Quests, Changelog, Press page, etc.) will be shut down.
- The homepage, login page, etc., will be adjusted accordingly.
April to November:
- A somewhat usual routine. The platform will still be moderated and maintained. Critical bugs and urgent issues will be fixed until the end.
- There will be a complete feature freeze, meaning we will not implement any new ideas or improvements. There may still be some exceptions to this rule and a few minor surprises, but adding new features is definitely not a priority before the shutdown.
- The anniversary celebration in the summer will likely be seen in a different light than before and is expected to be more of a look back at beautiful moments.
- Many functions of the platform will gradually be phased out over the year. An exact schedule for this has not yet been determined, but you will be informed in time.
- The Winter Invasion will be different this year. It will still take place, but in its usual form, it will hardly make sense anymore. Details are not yet clear.
December:
- We celebrate the Darkest Days one last time, the platform darkens as usual, and we light colorful lanterns together. Only this time, the lights will stay out.
- The chat will remain available for a while longer.
Afterwards:
- Even after the official shutdown, there will be a login available for existing users, which you can use to download your own books. This way, you won't have to rush to secure your works.
- Possibly, the chat and even groups will remain available for quite a while after the shutdown. Mainly, to serve as a meeting point to keep old contacts from being lost. How long this will last depends on many factors. Mainly, on how much daily effort it involves.
I will be present and reachable on Belletristica as usual until the end.
