StarClan actually is just a bunch of cats and the place is like a dreamscape it had a physical embodiment but all the starclan cats avoid it.
StarClan body is like a huge giant cat probably, or a large cat, like a large domesticated cat.
It would probably be called just The Stars or something. All the starclan cats are scared but it's not rude just doesn't speak. Kind of like horror movie core. The Stars are like the prophecy thing but doesn't say thing unless giving them I think.
