Leader - can talk to StarClan cats on a regular basis. does things like political in the clans like deciding who should go to and decides on things like keeping kittens that are randomly and forming relationships with other clans

Deputy - allowed to talk to StarClan but just like sometimes, does all the internal clan things. Organizes patrols and hunting, also would probably keep track of the scheduled for day and nightshift

Healer - can comfort people but mainly focuses on doing the healing things with doctor things

Spiriter - learns basic healing if they're bad at it but mainly focuses on being like a therapist.

Senior warrior - the oldest warrior gets the pleasure of making sure that the other shifts actually happen as the deputy organizes the senior warrior helps make sure the things actually happen.

Warriors - having shifts would be a good idea. day shift and night shift, the night shift cats mainly stay around camp and the day shift do the things like patrolling and catching food
