A short interview
Would you tell us about your current project?

I'm currently releasing chapters from The Lord of Stones: City of Magic and Monsters and trying to raise some money to pay for copy-editing and proofreading. The Lord of Stones is a fantasy series about three friends living in a continent torn apart by a magic war, trying to grow up without losing each other. It's a very intimate project for me since I talk a lot about things me and my friends went through in our lives, like doomed romances, grief and finding real love during dark times.

But with magic battles.

OF.

COURSE.

Are there other arts you enjoy. Like music, painting or something else?

I grew up watching my siblings play in bands and make their own music, so when I got into writing it just felt natural to put some of my passion into that as well. I ended up incorporating most of the songs I wrote into my novel, which was so, so fun I almost feel guilty about it.

What genres do you enjoy to read and write the most?

A good day for me starts with a History book during breakfast and ends with reading old Uncle Scrooge comic books before bed. I call it "range" but my friends say it's just my offbeat personality.

I grew up with Final Fantasy, Point-and-Click adventure games and Sherlock Holmes novels, so I enjoy writing fantasy with lots of drama and funny one-liners. It's who I am, baby - I love it.
