Sam: "The victims... they all died. They bled out on the floor. Now, if Cas was still here, he could've healed them."
Dean: "Yeah, well, he's not. They're winning, Sam. The monsters are winning." (...)
Dean: "Sam. It doesn't matter. It's time... time to stand down."
Sam: "You want to quit? What's happened to you, Dean? Ever since -"
Dean: "Ever since what? We lost pretty much everyone we've ever cared about? Ever since the Mark made Cas go crazy? Ever since I had to bury him in a Ma'lak box? Ever since then? Yeah. (...) We don't even save people. Every friend we've ever had is dead."
Sam: "Jody's still fighting, and Bobby -"
Dean: "Bobby has a death wish, and you know it. And Jody - ever since what happened to Donna and the girls, she does, too. And after Eileen... so do you. (...) We lost, brother. We lost. I'm done." [walks out]
Sam: "No, no, no. Dean... Dean!"
Real!Sam [incredulous]: "This is a lie. Chuck, I know what you're doing. Chuck?! You're just showing me this so I give up, so I lose hope."
Chuck: "I'm just the messenger, Sam. I'm sharing my omniscience with you."
Real!Sam: "No, the Dean I know... the Dean who raised me - he'd never give up, no matter how bad things got."
Chuck: "Well, he does. He will. This is the truth, Sam. This is what comes next." future vision 15.09
Dean: "This Cas keeps looking at me weird."
Sam: "So kind of like the real Cas." 15.10
[Bunker library, night. Dean and Cas sit in the chairs, each with a glass of whiskey in their hands.]
Cas: "I knew it, Dean. When I was with Jack's mother, she... You know, Kelly just had faith that Jack would be good for the world, and I felt it, too. I knew it. And then, when everything went wrong, and God took him from us... I was lost in a way I've never been before. Because I knew the story wasn't over. I knew Jack wasn't done. And I was right."
Dean: "Well, here's to being right." [holds up his glass and Cas clinks his glass against Dean's] "And here's to payback. Hmm? Come on. What, revenge doesn't sound good to you?"
Cas: "What sounds good to me is Jack fulfilling his destiny."
Dean: "Okay, yeah, but... icing on the cake? I mean, Chuck wanted Cain and Abel, and... now we're going all Biblical on him. Killed by his own grandson. That sounds right to me." 15.12
Sam and Jack were obviously sleeping. It was clearly the middle of the night. They legit stole that time. Dean and Cas snuck off and hid behind some bookshelves just to be alone. They had been apart for several days (Cas in Heaven trying to figure out about Chuck then finding Jack, and Dean dealing with Garth and their trip to Alaska). They needed their time to reconnect.
It also looks like that one scene out of Good Omens. The SPN-writers got some inspiration from the book (such as Crowley) and they absolutely stole this scene from the BBC-show knowing Aziraphale and Crowley are 1000% married.
Jody: "Claire has spent years looking for... revenge. She loved her... Kaia. Claire would do anything for a chance to save her, but there's just... there's no time to loop her in, and if we fail..."
Cas: "She'd never recover."
Jody: "It'd kill her." 15.12
(German syncro: "She would kill herself.")
- "And what about Cas? He manipulated him, he made him promises, said 'paradise on earth' and Cas bought it and you know what that got him? It got him dead! Now you might be able to forget about that, but I can't!" Dean to Sam 13.03
- Dean: "I'm gonna go to the other side." Sam: "Dean, you're talking about killing yourself." Dean: "Yeah? Well, it worked before." [Dean plunges a needle into his chest, he gasps and dies] 13.05
[Sam and Dean reappear in the bunker library. They see Cas slumped in the chair and look to Jack in alarm]
Jack: "Guys. You're back."
Dean: "Jack? What the Hell?"
Jack: "He's dead. Kind of. For now. (...) Cas went to the Empty. Hopefully. To find Ruby, hopefully, to find out where this Occultum thing is located. Hopefully."
Sam: "That's way too many hopefully's."
Dean: "Bring him back now!"
Ruby [in the Empty]: "Why do they call this place the Empty? This place is full. It's full of sorrow and despair playing over and over again, of angels and demons dreaming about their regrets. Forever."
Cas: "Yeah, I know."
Ruby: "You're clearly connected, Castiel. Just try."
Cas: "Okay, I'll try."
Ruby: "The Occultum, it's..."
[Ruby steps in close to quietly tell Cas the location, then she disappeares back into the darkness, and Cas is confronted again by the Entity.]
The Entity: "Yo, Clarence. You got what you wanted. Now what? You think you're gonna just flit on home?"
Cas: "Yes, because we have a deal."
The Entity: "I know we have a deal, Feathers." [tortures Cas, unwilling to let him go free] "You're not dead, yet. But for the time you're here, I can make you wish you were."
Cas: "You can't hurt me. Jack said we're on the same side. Against Chuck."
The Entity: "I'm on Death's side."
[Jack begins to revive Cas]
Dean: "Come on, wake up, pal. (...) Come on, Cas. Come on. (...) Cas!"
The Entity: "Funny thing about her plan, though... she didn't say anything about needing you. Baby, you can't just traipse in and out of here. It upsets the order of things."
[The Entity continues to torture Cas, who is screaming in pain, until he disappears from the Empty.]
The Entity: "See you soon."
[Jack has finished returning Cas' life force, until he wakes up coughing in the library. Everyone looks relieved as Cas struggles to catch his breath.]
Cas: "Oh. You made it back."
Dean: "Yeah. And so did you. You're an idiot, by the way."
Sam: "What if this hadn't worked?"
Cas: "But it did. The Occultum was never in Hell. The Occultum is apparently the safest place in the world. Jo was never gonna give that up."
Dean: "It's a place? So you saw Ruby."
Cas: "And I got the location. Am I still an idiot?"
Dean: "Well, yeah." 15.13
Cas: "You know, Dean, he - he feels things more acutely than any human I've ever known. So it's possible he could work through this. One day, he may explode and let it all out and breathe deeply and move on."
Jack: "How long will that take?"
Cas: "I don't know." 15.13

"I wanted two things for you, Dean. I wanted you to see that your mother was just a person, that the myth you'd held onto for so long of a better life, a life where she lived, was just that, a myth. I wanted you to see that the real, complicated Mary was better than your childhood dream because she was real. That now is always better than then. That you could finally start to accept your life. I thought having her back would release you, put that fire out. Your anger. But I guess we both know I failed at that." Amara to Dean 15.15
So Dean's anger issues have other roots...

"It doesn't matter how we feel! Jack's not family. I know how you feel about the kid, okay. I care for him, too. I do. But he's not like you. He's not like Cas. He's just not." Dean to Sam 15.17
Jack (to Dean): "She's an angel."
Adam (about Serafina): "Yeah, she's my old lady. She's the only one who could put up with me all these years, huh?" 15.17

Chuck: "The Winchesters have gotten to you, huh? Figures... you and Dean have that whole weird... thing."
Amara: "That wasn't you? Writing?"

Amara: "Well, I'm not on Dean's side. And I'm not on yours. Someone needs to defend this world."
Chuck: "Oh, please! You don't care about any of this."
Amara: "I do - and so should you."
Chuck: "Everywhere I look, I'm reminded of my failures. Zeroing out - starting fresh. That's what I need."
Amara: "None of this was a failure - not a tree, not a human."
Chuck: "Sam and Dean, they're using Jack to destroy us."
Amara: "No, but... but Dean can't hurt me."
Chuck: "No, but he can lie to you. He could send you into the meat grinder with a wink and a smile. Look, I get it. You wanted him to care about you, but humans... they'll break your heart every time. I spent so long searching for happiness, contentedness. In creation... or the Winchesters." 15.17

In his debut, Castiel was tasked by Heaven to watch over Dean, and to date, it is the only command he has not failed to keep.
"We met a few months ago. Bobby sent me to back her up on a djinn case. Thought Stevie might need my help. She didn't. I said I liked the way she handled herself. She accused me of flirting. I denied it. But then..." (sighs, refocuses on Sam and Dean) "I didn't know who else to call. I can't believe this happened. Why her and not me? One second, Stevie was making breakfast, and the next she just..." (crying) "She just vanished. I said I wasn't gonna do this again. The love thing. And I do. And the second I let my guard down, Stevie is just... She's gone." Charlie to Dean and Sam 15.18
- "I can't let my guard down, not for a second. I'm barely even sleeping." Dean to Cas 14.14
- Charlie's now gone love interest was called Stevie. Do you remember Cas' name as he had been human in season 9? It had been Steve.
Jack (tearfully): "I was ready to die, and I wanted to. For Sam, for Dean, for the world. I wanted to make things right. And now... I don't know why I'm even here."
Cas: "Jack, you never needed absolution from Sam or Dean, or from me. We don't care about you because you're useful or because you fit into some grand design. We care about you because you're you."
Jack (crying): "God, the Empty, Billie... Everyone's so mad at us, and I don't have my powers. There's nothing I can do to protect us. I'm scared, Cas."
Cas: "I know. Me, too." 15.18
