Against all hope, Mimosa wasn't safe either.
It wasn't long, and two servants of darkness managed to sneak into the new world.
Not many of them survived the war, and one of them had done close to nothing during it, although he was still filled with the lust for revenge.
This was Indus, the creator of the dogs, still angry that Lupus took his creation from him. In this new world he again started to catch wolves and turn them into dogs.
But he was joined by a stronger servant of darkness: Auriga, the trap-layer. He made the traps that so many wolves and other creatures fell into. All of them the humans made their servants. They wrongdoings were soon spotted by a guardian. But it was Cancer out of all of them, the one who valued forgiveness. So he talked to the humans and Auriga lied and said they were just helping. So Cancer asked the guardians to let the two of them continue, and he had the last word.
But now the guardians were suspicious of the humans, who had to be more careful. They acted as if their tamed creatures were friends, and they hunted all creaturs of Andromeda who saw through the lies and wanted to tell the guardians. This way, humans became new kings and nobody dared speak against them.
Now one day, Kentaur, son of Pegasus, was on Mimosa to marvel at the realm. Here he met Indus. The human immediately decided to tame the mighty steed, but not by force - since the guardians were watching closely - but by friendship. He became Kentaurs friend, but told Auriga to make a chain strong enough to hold Kentaur.
Indus went slowly and patiently, with the cunning of a hunter who had spent all this time distrusted by the titans and alone. All the time he was forced to think of ever-new tricks had made him intelligent and cunning, persistent and relentless. Finally, Auriga had made the chain which he called bridle, and this forced Kentaur to serve Indus.
Now, with the help of Kentaur, Indus was fast. He had tamed two wolves into dogs. These were fast like arrows and were called Sham and Gliese. Together with Auriga Indus made a plan, a great trap. They placed it and then Indus went out to hunt a king.
For their targets were the nine children of Lunis and Sol. Each of them they wanted to kill, to become the new gods of Mimosa and let the darkness in.
They first picked Pluto, the smallest of the nine. Indus attacked him and lured him into Auriga's trap, where the trap-layer killed him. The weak wolf could not fight back and the humans made sure tobind his soul, for Auriga could lay even that into chains.
Pluto was not missed. His siblings were too busy. Neptun wasn't there and Theia had lots to do. Saturn, Uranus and Jupiter all had their own packs, Neith and Mars their play-fights. Only Merkur could've noticed, but he didn't like his youngest brother and never talked to him. And so nobody grew suspicious.
Braver now, the humans started to attack stronger wolves. First Merkur, who didn't have a pack, then Neith and Theia. Even though they were strong, they all fell into the trap. Nobody was there to miss them. Merkur was always visiting his siblings all after another, so they each thought he was with somebody else. Theia was rarely seen by her siblings and Neith disappeared just after a big fight with Mars, so all thought she was licking her wounds.
Wolf after wolf fell to Auriga and Indus. Kentaur himself wasn't on their side, but he couldn't fight the chains, so he had no will of his own. His hooves carried the traitors fast and Kentaur had to use his swiftness to get the wolves to the trap, where Sham and Gliese, the two dogs, killed them. This was the unfair way, Indus and Auriga took the world.
Now, there were still the guardians, but the humans made sure to hide from their view. They acted, when the guardians were shifting in the sky and not attentive. Thus, months passed.
Next, they wanted to get Mars, the warrior. He fought valiantly in the trap. But then he smelled Neith's blood and knew there was no way to fight his way out.
So Mars raised his head and called with a mighty howl, so that someone might hear of his peril.
And his call was heard! For it was that Auriga and Indus chose the wrong hour. Sabik arrow-star, the snake-killer, was in the sky. He heared Mars' call and swiftly came. As he saw what the humans were doing, he came from the sky and attacked.
But the humans were string. With Kentaur's swiftness and many traps and chains, they could fight arrow-star and finally Auriga caught him in chains. They killed him and Mars. For this, they needed the help of many servants, like the dogs. They forced all those animals to lie for them. In fear of the humans, they agreed, for they saw Indus and Auriga as the new gods of their world - as they had even killed heroes like arrow-star.
There was no hope left in Mimosa, no revolution against the deadly hunter and the horrible trapper. Indus was reigning, for it was his plan and his revenge, but everybody was more afraid of Auriga, the trap-layer. His net still kept the titants improsoned in Andromeda, and his cunning could overcome any power in Mimosa.
