Dean [on phone]: "Where the hell are you, Cas?"
Cas: "I'm... I'm okay."
Dean: "You don't sound okay."
Cas: "Dean, I am fine. Besides, what I have, you can't help me."
Dean: "What do you mean, what you have?"
Cas: "Just please tell Sam, Rowena escaped with the Book of the Damned and the codex."
Dean: "Okay, forget Rowena. Where are you?"
Cas: "Now, you tell me... the Mark..."
Dean: "Oh, really? You're worried about me after eyerthing that I've -"
Cas: "Dean, is it gone?"
Dean: "Yes. I'm good. I mean, I'm not great."
Cas: "Makes two of us. This is good news." (...)
Dean: "Cas?"
Cas: "Dean... Goodbye. It may be some time before we see one another again."
Dean: "Wait, Cas. Cas!" 11.01

Cas: "Dean, I... There aren't words."
Dean: "You're right, there aren't words, Cas. Cause there's no need. You were under a spell. It's fine."
Cas [gesturing toward Dean's injuries]: "Dean, I can fix that."
Dean: "No, no, no. No. No. It's fine, Cas. Besides, I had it coming." 11.03
He won't let Cas heal him, because he felt so bad for beating him while having the Mark, so he thinks he deserves to suffer.
As Castiel is talking he stands up and you see him with shackles chained to the floor.
Dean: "Sorry about those, Cas. Till we know what's going on with you, you're still a bit of a wild card, you know? (...) Cas, you all right?"
Cas: "It's the spell."
Sam: "We were hoping your angel wiring would fight it off or... slow it down at least."
Cas: "It appears I simply respond differently from humans."
Dean: "If you were you human, you'd be gone. With you, it's like it's digging deeper."
Sam: "You know, Rowena's the only one who can remove it."
Dean: "We're doing everything to find her, okay?" 11.03
Sam: "No accidents, incidents, violations, or anything remotely interesting involving a crappy '78 Continental Mark V."
Cas: "You think it's crappy?" [looks at Dean]
Dean: "Eye of the beholder." 11.03
Cas is protective of his car and personally insulted when people criticize it, because that's exactly how Dean is about his car.
Dean: "Cas?" [Castiel starts groaning and falls out of his chair.] "Cas? Cas, hey! Easy! Easy! Cas?!"
Sam and Dean are leaning over Castiel.
Sam: "Cas? Hey. Are you okay?"
Cas: "Relative to what?"
Dean: "You know where you are? What's the date?"
Cas: "Earth. Several billion years from the beginning."
Dean: "Come on, buddy. Come on."
Cas: "It's like I was... inside a blender that was set to purée for a tomato salsa."
Dean: "And you're the tomato?"
Cas: "In this analogy, yes."
Dean: "Yeah."
Sam: "Cas, what was that? You scared the crap out of us."
Cas: "I blacked out for a lot of it. But I... I don't know. It overwhelmed me. I-I couldn't control it."
Dean: "Let's get him up. Come on, come on. Here you go. We gotta find that witch." [Dean wraps Cas in a blanket.] 11.03
Dean [about Cas]: "Oh, what? You think he's ready? He's had a pretty rough go of it lately."
Sam: "Which one of us hasn't? Seems insane to leave our one and only angel friend on the bench."
Dean [resigned]: "I'll call him."
Sam: "Thank you."
(Dean dials his cellphone. The scene switches back and forth between Castiel sitting in a chair next to a bed in the bunker and Dean pacing back and forth in front of the Impala as they talk. Sam is waiting in the background.)
Cas: "Hi."
Dean: "Cas. How you doing, buddy?"
Cas [looking tired]: "Oh, I'm fine."
Dean: "Find anything on Metatron?"
Cas: "Um, nothing on angel radio."
Dean: "How long's it been since you left the bunker?"
Cas: "Oh, why would I leave? I've got everything I need right here."
Dean: "Wait. Is that - are you watching Jenny Jones?"
Cas: "It's a rerun." [Dean rolls his eyes and looks exasperated] Cas: "She's just about to announce the paternity results." [Cas rolls his eyes and looks exasperated] "Jenny, he is not ready to be a father."
Dean: "Okay. I-I-I thought you were going with socially acceptable binge watching. Uh, you know, The Wire, Game of Thrones."
Cas: "Yeah, well, a man can't live on caviar alone, Dean."
Dean: "Well, you sound weird, okay? Bad weird. Now, I've been down this road before. I have heard the siren's song from the idiot box, and I'm telling you, whatever you're looking for, you won't find it in there. So do me a favor. Turn off the TV. Go outside and get some air. We're in the dark here, pal. I need you back in the game, okay?"
Castiel sighs as Dean hangs up. Dean looks at his phone, shakes his head. 11.06
Castiel walks into the ‘War Room’ of the bunker. He is dressed in a suit and is putting on his trench coat. He walks up the stairs and starts to look nervous. He stops in front of a door and sees flashes of himself punching Dean repeatedly in the face.
Dean: "Cas! Cas! Don't do this. Okay, this isn't you. It's the spell."
Castiel’s hand reaches towards the doorknob as he continues to see himself punching Dean.
Dean: "You can beat this."
Castiel is still in the hallway, the perception is distorted, as if to show that he is disoriented and/or hallucinating. (...) Castiel continues to stand in the hallway looking very confused.
Cas [voice heard over the images that are flashing by]: "I won't let you walk out of this room."
Switch to Demon Dean beating Castiel in the War Room, and then Castiel holding onto the railing in the hallway, breathing heavily. 11.06
Cas: "You are human now, and I could crush you like a bug."
Metatron: "Could, but you won't. You think I didn't notice? You are broken, Castiel. You were always a bit of a Nancy, but this? You have gone full wuss. I don't know what it was that happened, but whatever it was, you are scarred...deep, paralyzed by trauma, by fear. I mean, look at you. You can't even hit me!"
Cas: "It's not fear." (...)
Metatron: "You're not scared. You're mad. And I get it. I mean, it must suck being everyone's tool, manipulated and used by the angels, by your enemies - by your friends."
Castiel punches him in the face.
Metatron: "You thought if you could get your Grace back, it would help fix you, but it hasn't! Who do you have to thank for how angry you are, how lost?"
Castiel grabs Metatron again and punches him viciously. 11.06
Cas: "Dean, I came as soon as you called. Are you alright? You're not alright."
Dean: "Obviously. What's wrong with me? What are you doing?"
Cas: "Stick out your tongue."
Dean: "Alright, are you done?"
Cas: "No, I... Let me take your temperature." 11.10
Dean letting Cas go full on mothering him without even putting a fit about it.
Dean: "If it did work and she is dead, bring her body out."
Cas: "And if she's not?"
Dean: "Run." 11.10
Lucifer grabs Dean around the neck and slams him against the bars on the cell. Dean grimaces, as Lucifer lifts him off the ground. Dean is choking.
Lucifer: "Alright, I'm gonna make this real easy for you. You say the magic word or Dean dies... and we both know you won't let that happen."
Castiel charges at Lucifer, allowing Dean to get out of his clutches. Lucifer punches Castiel repeatedly. Castiel falls to the ground and Lucifer stands over him, putting his foot on top of Castiel's angel blade.
Lucifer: "So, last words..." 11.10
Mildred: "Do you want to know the secret to living a long and happy life?"
Dean: "Yes, actually I do."
Mildred: "Follow your heart. If you do that, all the rest it figures it out itself." 11.11
"Darling, if there's one thing I've learned in all my years on the road, it's when somebody is pining for somebody else. Don't try and hide it. Follow your heart, remember? I don't know who the lucky one is, but I'm damn sure jealous." Mildred to Dean 11.11
"You know... I still can't figure that out. I mean, Banshees go after the vulnerable, right? So why did it go after you?" Sam to Dean 11.11
The devil doesn't come dressed in a red cape and pointy horns. He comes as everything you've ever wished for. In season 5 Lucifer broke out of the cage then spoke to Nick while pretending to be his wife, and to Sam while pretending to be Jess. In season 11 Lucifer broke out of the cage then spoke to Dean while pretending to be Cas.
"I'll just say: Dean." Casifer to Sam impersonating Cas's voice and stare 11.14 Lucifer has been locked up in the cage for billions of years and even he knows...
Cas: "I wanted to be of service to the fight. And only Lucifer can beat her."
Sam: "You chose this? You have to fight, Cas! Eject him now!"
Cas: "I can't! It's taking all my strength to keep him from killing you. And besides, we need him!"
Sam: "No Cas, we don't. We'll find another way to stop Amara!"
Cas (shakes his head): "We need him to save Dean. Only Lucifer can." 11.14
Sam walks over to Dean who is sitting on an old concrete block, holding the Hand of God and looking miserable. Dean: "So. Cas."
Sam: "Yeah. What do we do?"
Dean: "What else? We hunt Lucifer, trap the bastard, and save Cas."
Sam: "Like I said. Lucifer may be in control now, but Cas may not come back willingly. I mean, he chose it."
Dean: "No. No, not possible."
Sam: "So how'd you get through today? I mean what did you do?"
Dean: "Nothing. Sam..." [Dean stares out over the water as he shakes his head. He looks close to tears.] "I was just a witness."
Sam: "Do you wanna talk about it?"
Dean: "No. No, story for another day." 11.14
Dean: "We got even less jack on how to save Cas."
Sam: "Yeah, if he even wants to be saved."
Dean: "He does. Even if he doesn't know it yet." 11.15
Dean's faith in Cas. Dean knows, that no matter how Cas feels, he can't let him sacrifice himself. Cas didn't let him do the same in the past.
- "What's the matter? You don't think you deserved to be saved." Cas to Dean 4.01
Sam: "We'll get him back."
Dean [all misty-eyed]: "How?"
Sam: "I don't know. But we'll figure it out."
Sam: "Are you okay?"
Dean: "Not even a little bit. He was a good guy. He didn't deserve to go out like that, you know?"
Sam: "Dean, you know what? He made a bad decision. We've been there."
Dean: "Yeah, you, me, now Cas."
Sam: "Dean, we'll get him back. We will. We just got to..."
Dean: "Keep grinding. No matter how much it hurts, no matter how hard it gets, you got to keep grinding. And that's how we're gonna win. And we're gonna win. We're gonna save Cas, we're gonna ice the Devil and we're gonna shank the Darkness. And anyone that gets in our way, well, God help them." 11.15
Sam: "Priority is to put the Horn in Lucifer's hands and set him loose on Amara."
Dean: "After we exorcise Lucifer out of Cas and put him into a new vessel."
Sam: "What? Really?"
Dean: "Yes, really. We're not gonna send Lucifer into battle inside Cas. What if he doesn't make it?"
Sam: "Dean, it's a strong vessel. It's held Cas for years, and we know what he's been through. I'm guessing it can hold Lucifer."
Dean: "'It'? It's not an 'it', Sam. It's Cas."
Sam: "And Cas wanted to do this."
Dean: "Yeah, well, there's times I want to get slapped during sex by someone wearing a Zorro mask. That don't make it a good idea."
Sam: "Dean, this is exactly how we screw ourselves. W-We make the... the heart choice instead of the smart choice."
Dean: "Oh, okay. Thank you, Dr. Phil. Cas is family."
Sam: "Yes, and his choice deserves to be respected."
Dean: "Even if it kills him?" 11.18
- Remember? "I'm not gonna believe that this thing is a freaking angel of the lord because it says so!" (Dean 4x02) Now, it's not an 'it', it's Cas.
Dean cuts his hand and presses it against a spell etched on the wall. Lucifer starts to shake, as Castiel wakes inside him.
Dean: "Cas! Castiel, show yourself!"
Castiel [breathing heavily]: "Dean?"
Dean: "Cas."
Castiel: "What are you doing? What's... What's going on?"
Dean: "Cas, listen to me. We don't have a whole lot of time, okay? You have got to..." [Castiel writhes and shakes, as Lucifer regains control.] "Cas..." [Lucifer continues to struggle, grunting and writhing.] "Castiel, show yourself!"
Lucifer [laughs with glee]: "Oh-hoo-hoo-hoo! Whoo! Uh, he's got to what? You boy..." [laughs] "Ooh, you almost had me there for a minute, but these mail-order spells... they're just not what they're cracked up to be, are they?"
Dean: "Cas, expel him! You got to kick Lucifer out! Do you hear me?!"
Lucifer: "Honestly, I think he's happy with the arrangement. I mean, he did invite me in and all, Dean."
Dean [yelling, desperate]: "Cas!"
Lucifer [mockingly]: "Cas!" 11.18
Crowley [in Castiel's mind]: "Is this the Winchesters' kitchen?"
Castiel: "Sort of. I come here in my mind to pass the time. For some reason."
Crowley: "What's wrong with you? What has Lucifer done to you?"
Castiel: "Well, he mostly just leaves me alone. I'm just waiting here, you know, for the battle with the Darkness."
Crowley: "He's really got his hooks in you. Snap out of it. Do you know what's happening out there? The Winchesters have trapped the abomination so that you can expel him so that they can put him back in the Cage..."
Castiel: "Well, that doesn't sound like a very good idea."
Crowley: "In your current state, you're in no position to judge."
Castiel: "Wait. That was Dean I saw a minute ago, wasn't it?"
Crowley: "Yes."
Castiel: "And he wants me to expel Lucifer?"
Crowley: "Yes!"
Castiel [laughs incredulously]: "Well... he may have a more objective view of the situation. Maybe I should." 11.18
Lucifer is in Castiel's head, in his mind. Of course, he had found his weak point. Imagine how again and again Lucifer put his finger in the wound. "How could you have assumed that you meant something to Dean? All you could do was destroy. Dean forgot you. You're just collateral damage. He does not care about you. Dean doesn't love you." That's why suddenly seeing Dean confused Cas so much. When Crowley said Dean wanted him to expel Lucifer, he laughed. Why should Dean want that? He doesn't matter to Dean. Why should Cas do that? As Lucifer's vessel he could at least be useful and help Dean and Sam save the world from darkness. It's better that way.
