About Seasonal Challenges

Each time you take part in one of our Seasonal Challenges, you can earn the matching medal. These challenges take place all around the year.

You can submit a chapter in the book settings under the option "Events & Challenges".

Bronze, Silver & Gold

Each year you complete one of the four Seasonal Challenges you can enhance the status of the respective medal. You get the bronze one in the first, the silver one in the second and the golden one in the third year. You don't need to complete the challenges three years in a row in order to get a gold medal though, the only thing that matters is for you to do it in different years.

Spring Challenge

You can take part in our Spring Challenge each year from the beginning of March to the end of May. You can earn it by submitting a spring-like chapter in one of the months mentioned above. Please make sure that your entry is about a topic like flowers, nature or Spring Holidays commonly associated with spring, such as Easter, also count.

Summer Challenge

You can take part in our Summer Challenge each year from the beginning of June to the end of August. You can earn it by submitting a summerly chapter in one of the months mentioned above. Please make sure that your entry is about a topic like Summer, beach, the sea or heat. Things commonly associated with summer, such as summer vacations, also count.

Autumn Challenge

You can take part in our Autumn Challenge each year from the beginning of September to the end of November. You can earn it by submittin a autumn-like chapter in one of the months mentioned above. Please make sure that your entry is about a topic like Autumn, falling leaves or harvesting. Holidays commonly associated with autumn, such as Halloween, also count.

Winter Challenge

You can take part in our Winter Challenge each year from the beginning of December to the end of February. You can earn it by submittin a winterly chapter in one of the months mentioned above. Please make sure that your entry is about a topic like Winter, ice and snow or cold weather. Holidays commonly associated with winter, such as Christmas or New Year's Eve, also count.
