What are Mini Events?

Mini events on Belletristica are little games and opportunities that occur on a regular basis, always on the same weekday.

They will not require much of your time or a lot of work. Their main purpose is, to bring a bit of fun into our weekly routines. Every mini event on its own might not be very spectacular, but taken together, they will form a colorful mosaic, one day.

Such events can take many different forms - ranging from small town festivals to certain merchant NPCs, which only arrive at a certain day of the week.

Most of the time, those mini events are tied to places on our kingdom's map and offer a bit of gameplay, as well as some pieces of lore and flavor text.

Whenever a mini event is happening, you will find the invitation for it on your dashboard. These invitations are valid all day long and will automatically disappear at the end of the day.

Known Events

The following is a list of all currently established mini events with short descriptions.

Börsentag in Brockford

This event takes place every Monday. In the future, visitors will be able to buy shares of fantasy companies with copper coins. The value of these fantasy companies increases or decreases based on real events on Belletristica.

For example, one company might flourish when many books are published, another company increases its value when the chat is very active, another one might be most profitable when people read a lot. At the moment, the only stock available is that of the New Haven Traveling Company, which gets more valuable if many newcomers join Belletristica (pseudonyme do not count).

Until copper coins are available, visitors of the stock market can utilize the "Early Adopter Program" every week, to receive one share of the New Haven Traveling Company for free. These shares are sold for gemstones automatically, at the end of the month.

This event first took place on August 5, 2019. On our kingdom's map, Brockford can be found in sector R-23.

Costume Ball in Masqûera

This event takes place every Saturday. The main attraction will be the upcoming dancefloor, witch allows visitors to earn copper pieces as well as other trinkets. Pseudonyms can support their main accounts to improve earnings.

At the moment, the only thing available in Masqûera is the wine banquet, where participiants are served a special drink of their choice. Each of these drinks comes with a gemstone of matching color.

Also a souvenier shop as well as a real estate office will be opened in Masqûera, where visitors will be able to spend copper coins.

This event first took place on July 20, 2019. On our kingdom's map, Masqûera can be found in sector O-23.

Future plans

Our first goal is, to establish 7 weekly mini events, so we could have one little event every day.

It is possible, that this number will go up to 14 or even 28 in the far future, so we can mix up the schedule every half-year or even every season.

Of course, not every mini event will be of interest to all of us. You will probably immediately fall in love with some of them, while other events might be much more relevant to other users.
